These limited edition variants address to both naked and faired forms of the CB400, being dubbed Super Four SE and Super Bol d’Or SE respectively. Only 500 will be build.

Highlights of the special edition models include a red frame designed to offer the bike an aggressive feeling, a touch of gold for the front and rear wheels, brake calipers, and the rear suspension, as well as a front disk brake hub in silver to enhance the feeling of luxury.

The white body color has received a sporty look thanks to the vivid red and blue stripes, while various chromed elements offer the bikes a distinctive feel.

Despite the fact that the visual enhancements made to the CB400 hint to a sportier character of the bike, the powertrain remains unchanged. This means the special editions are fitted with the same 399cc water-cooled NC42 engine with electronic injection, capable of developing 53hp at 10,500rpm and 38 Nm of torque at 9,500rpm.

With a fuel consumption rated at 3,23 l/100km (72,8 US mpg) and a fuel tank capacity of 18 liters (4,75 gallons), the bikes tip the scales at 194 kg / 428 lbs ( Super Four SE - dry weight) and 198kg / 437 lbs (Super Bol d’Or SE - dry weight).
